The Bicester Boot Camp taster sessions start up again over Easter, and I'm proud to say that every penny taken will be going towards the Breast Cancer Campaign in loving memory of Bethan Reading.

Bethan tragically lost her fight against cancer far too young. Her sister, Anna, was a regular Boot Camper last summer and I'm happy that I am able to support her latest event in honour of Bethan.
Anna and friends are holding a Zomie Aerobics session on Saturday 25th April 2015 (3 - 5pm) at the Bicester Sports and Fitness Centre, and it's not too late to get involved and show your support.

In their own words;
"Bicester Pink Aerobics is back!! Last time we brought back the 80s....this time it's the Zombie Apocalypse!!! Get your not-so-glad rags on and come shake, shimmy and learn the Thriller dance....all in the name of Breast Cancer Campaign and in loving memory of Bethan Reading! Back by popular demand....we've got Jude Barber with her frighteningly good aerobics, Hayley Jane Byrd will teach us all to move like Michael Jackson in Thriller and George Martini will raise the roof on this Zombie extravaganza with his high energy Zumba. £8 to take part + as much sponsorship as you can raise!! To sign up, drop an email to team@bethspinkladies.co.uk "
